Temasek acquired Innoven Capital India (previously named SVB India Finance) in 2015 and it has operated separately and independently from SVB since the acquisition. Today Innoven Capital India is part of Innoven Capital Group, a joint venture between Seviora, a wholly owned Temasek subsidiary and United Overseas Bank. Innoven Capital has no exposure to SVB and is not impacted by the SVB collapse.
